Confirm your name and full billing address, and provide some previous transaction IDs or make a new payment and provide the invoice ID so we can check that you have a valid payment method on file. Then send an e-mail from your old e-mail address to [email protected] with the subject the same as this ticket ID, or provide photo identification.
E-mail changes are not meant to be used in lieu of account transfers, and we also need to verify the account is not compromised.
